Due to the NCAA regarding college sports as amateurism, it prevents many hard working college athletes from receiving needed scholarships, being paid, and profiting off their likeness. All the while the NCAA, college and universities make millions off of the work of athletes.

DIVERSITY

More diversity in sports means more opportunity for low income families of color. 

Colleges and the NCAA need to acknowledge that athletes of color face different hardships. When they do, racial inequity within college sports can be properly accommodated for.
